A Country of "Cowboys" and "war mongers", to a place where a Marine is violating the law if he or she uses their training and weapon to defend themselves and their fellow Patriots from attack by any enemy force.

that's a crotch-ball festival....

How about putting in Bullet Proof store fronts and Crash guards at curbs if front and solid steel rear door in back. Not great but could slow down an attacker until Weapons can be accessible or Police arrive. Stupid rule Not to allow These Guys weapons in this Day and Age of Terrorist aggression's.
