I think all universities take those into consideration. Even GRCC takes GPA + SAT/ACT scores into account, in terms of what class restrictions you may have, walking in. For most universities they don't reside purely on the ACT or purely on the GPA. Your GPA in what classes? Other clubs and such involved in? How was your written essay, if provided? How hot is your girlfriend? Did she lose her virginity to you? How did you describe such acts in your written essay?

... okay, maybe not the last few parts, but ya know what I mean. :)

SAT/ACT aren't used to determine if you get in, they are used to reduce the pool at said school before they look at your other traits. A good SAT or ACT doesn't get you in , it gets you actually looked at.


With that said a GREAT SAT or ACT is a different story.
