Why do you think he says only 17 mil has been raised when 30 mil has been raised. He plans on the public paying the 11 plus a couple mil extra in case something else pops up.

He got all huffy and told Scarbinsky the $11 million would come out of the university subsidy for athletics. I think he even wagged his finger a little, so you know it's legit.

For those keeping score at home, that eats up a little over half of our subsidy for 2015.
