Actually the nursery moved to a larger, cheaper location that used to be a gas station at McLean and Madison...I went by there the other day.

As for Cooper and Central...No reason they can't park 3-4 food trucks there as is...they should try it some weekend.

It won't be there long. That entire block is now under common ownership and will be developed.

The whole area at Cooper and Central has been bought up and it will become an entertainment area to link Overton Square and Cooper-Young. I tend to believe that Mr. Berger was "bought out" of his original plans for that corner, which has much more worth now than it did a mere two years ago.
