Do you think ETSU makes a coaching change in either or both sports or do they have enough on their plate?

Skole should have been gone a long time ago, the softball coach has done nothing since they got here, maybe gotten worse.

Nope. If a change was going to be made it would've been made by now. Tony Skole must have revealing pictures of somebody in order to keep his job after all these years of mediocrity or worse.

I say start up the fire Skole thread! It has already been shown that mediocrity will not be tolerated under the current administration.

They're tolerating Skole. 16 years, one conference championship and a sub .500 record overall and since he got a state of the art baseball stadium (concession snafu notwithstanding).
The worst of it is Brad Irwin, softball has gotten worse and they have a really nice stadium.

I'm with Lover on this one; if they were going to fire either coach, it would've been done shortly after the season. I expected Skole to be dismissed, and am surprised he didn't get the ax; then again, Chris Sperry at Portland was awful for years and it took back-to-back 40-loss seasons for the Pilots to fire him. He had a career .365 winning percentage.

That Irwin didn't get fired amazes me. The guy has won 15 conference games in 5 seasons. I've met him, he's a nice guy with a wonderful family, but he has driven this program into the ground (and it wasn't great to begin with). He should not be the head coach at ETSU softball if there is any commitment to fielding a championship program.
