If we've learned anything about UAB in the last six months and change, it's this: Ray Watts is no Carol Garrison. Come to think of it, that may be at the heart of the reason that Garrison is no longer the UAB president and Watts - despite racking up almost as many no-confidence votes as Nolan Ryan no-hitters - still is.

There's something here that makes me think the rumors might have some strength this time: this piece has been up for 2 hours and 20 minutes as I write this, and not one single DirectComm troll has attacked it yet.

That's weird, because even if a favorable decision is coming, you'd think they'd still be trying to rehab Watts' image

Still no trolls. It is eerie. I really thought at least a couple of them were just actual bitter basement cases doing it for their own pitiful little thrills. Appears they were ALL DirectComm hirelings. That's a surprise.
