I believe that is the location of their broadcast antenna registration. Don't know if they also have a studio there. But it does look like you should be watching, no?

Something you don't see everyday, if ever: a row of several Waterspouts all lined up on the edge of a storm in the Gulf of Mexico. Donald Watson shot them on Thursday, August 20, 2020 while offshore on the oil rig Discoverer Inspiration in the Gulf of Mexico. Watson says he was 150 miles offshore when he spotted these. So, from just a few days ago; pretty cool to see:
