Yulman Stadium Camera Angles Being Addressed

Wrong.
It was Tulane who decided to put the press box on the tiny West Side Stands so that their larger East Side Stands would get more of the airtime from network cameras at their games.
ESPN, nor any other network, made the decision to place Tulane's press box where it was...it was the school's and the school's only.
This was actually brought up with the stadium was designed/being built..as Tulane did not want the main TV angle (from press box) to be that of their small west side HS like stands...hence why the press box is located on that side.
I wouldn't be surprised if networks get a crane for better camera views (similar to what they do in end zones at some stadiums) to get a higher view above press box...as Tulane might be able to get away with the height ordinance since it will be a temporary structure only on game day.
Don't most stadiums have the press box on the west side due to the sun setting in the west and the problems that can create with cameras on the east side during evening games?
Most of the ones I've been to do.
