How in the world is Ray Watts still the President at UAB with the no confidence votes, proof of shady practices surrounding football, and etc?

that's the gazillion dollar question, but the answer is simple...

He's the BoT's boy, and they don't care.

He is the cork in the UASBoT's bottle of shaken soda. If he pops, the BoTs secrets start spewing out. That's why he is being paid such a large premium over the other presidents in the system. He is doing their dirty work.

Ray Watts is a sociopath, utterly convinced of his rightness despite all evidence to the contrary. Objections to his "visionary leadership" simply feed his feelings of persecution and serve to convince him that he is, indeed, right since these lesser beings who fail to understand his brilliant plan are incapable and unworthy.

Ray Watts is a sick man in need of professional treatment. "Psychotherapy for Dummies" and a few illicit scripts aren't going to fix him.

He might have a brain tumor causing his behavior maybe he should see a neurologist
