Can't win with some of these folks.

You just need to lose some weight, fatty.

That's rich.

So what's considered fatty now? Dude that supposedly "accosted" Bowen looks like he weighs about 170? I guess the 195 I weigh must be obese

Depending on your height/weight ratio, 195 could very well be obese.

Used to, when I thought of obese I was thinking 300+ pounds. However, dietitians have a different scale.

If you're shorter than 6'2" then 195 lbs would be considered moderately obese.

As great as that would be, that will never happen. When we play UT, half (and sometimes more than half) of the Liberty bowl will be orange

DeAngelo Williams and half the running backs in the NFL are obese then.

If nothing else, Barnes knows the advantages of having elite teams on the schedule.

Yep. It's good for the SEC to have one.

We gain little by playing them. Need to get over this they are SEC we must play them mentality. Do not play anyone in your home town you are recruiting head to head against.

Josh Pastner: "My stance is, I'm all for playing Tennessee home-and-home in basketball if they play us in football home-and-home."

It's actually "home and away". Each team plays a home and an away game. If Memphis decides to play Austin Peay for two years, Memphis will play a home-and-home series with them, while Austin Peay is playing an away and away series with us.

Kinda like how sports writers kept saying "untracked" instead of "on track" for a decade or so.

Boy, that horse was high.

And yes, we need to keep playing Tennessee until we get the lead in the series. Partner has been kicking their butts.

If it's really pea and not 'pee', that could work. And you could wear the animal skin stuff every other week.

Yes, pea...Purple Hull

Good stuff. Cooked 'em with bacon?

Nothin' like some fresh picked purple hull peas cooked with salt meat and some sweet cornbread

I miss purple hull peas. I grew up on those things but people here in Indiana don't know what they are.

Is it one tie all tie or two tie all tie?

There's a brief period here when you can get them fresh at the farmer's market.

If it's European football, a tie is a game, and a draw is a tie. The pitch is the thing you play on, you wear a kit, and you can tell who's winning the league by reviewing the table. There's usually a fixture once or twice a week.

ESPN was a lot more fun when that was its afternoon programming.

Yep. The CFL was fun back then as well. ESPN is now a bunch of blowhard talking heads. Bring back fitness beach and the Lumberjacks

Winners with the best score get to play again; the other Winners get to be blood sacrifices...lotta honor in that.
