I hope Wilkie and his wife are having a nice long vacation to see the grandchildren or to go to some place he's always wanted to visit. He's a great guy. So since it is a great time to travel if you are retired, I certainly hope that is what is going on.

I hope Wilkie is on vacation. Perhaps he is visiting his son. Last I remember Wilkie said his son was stationed in Virginia I think.

I still haven't heard anything from emails, PM or Facebook.

Have any updates on Steve (Wilkie)? Seems concerning for him to just be gone without him letting everyone know he would be away for awhile. That would be more his style to let everyone know. On the other hand, is he signed out here, along with Scout/247? If so, hopefully that's a good sign that it wasn't an abrupt exit do to health reasons.

I'm hoping, but it seems so unlike Wilkie to just disappear. You would think he would pop in just to see new posts of interest.

I don't want to throw fuel on the fire but hasn't that dude had heart problems? I swear I remember him writing about having heart surgery. For his sake and his family sake, I hope everything is okay.

Yes, that is correct. That is why I was wondering if he was okay, because of his recent health issues and not being around lately.

Exactly...just hoping he is taking a break from the board and he is in good health.

Did He use a Cellphone too ? Hopefully just something simple like a Hard drive crash with a PC.

It's been a Month today since someone posted last. Nothing Yet ?

I haven't gotten an email back or a response from him or his wife on FB. (Neither has been on FB since March.)

I am actually going to drive by his house this weekend. At the risk of looking like a stalker, I thought I could just knock on the door and find out about him. I will try to do that Saturday.

I will hopefully have something to post on Sunday.

If I do get to talk to Steve, I will let him know his friends are thinking of him.
