One quote stood out to me.

Makes me wonder if LU might have a chance to land Rice. Local player, Christian, and LU has a strong coaching staff.

Last year's class had a few lower level players decommit and they were replaced with better quality recruits. I'm hoping that is the case this year.

Based upon recent comments by Freeze, it sounds like the family wants to be here for at least a few years more, & he's committed to his family above anything else after everything they went through.

I know these are different positions but this new commit has more offers than the recent DB recruit that decommitted. That gives me some hope that more quality players are interested. Both are 2-Stars recruits but I like how Bryant has several offers including most of the MAC.
