You would be correct. There are steps that must be taken in a particular order to activate SACS. The letters were a step. Now the Board must either take or refuse corrective action (refusal would be a trigger).

Let the Senators know that the alumni are with them. This Board must go. Ray Watts must go. Robert Witt must go.

I think that this is probably the case. The recent communications that have been sent from the the faculty senate to Watts suggest that they may be willing to go SACS with their grievances. Right now they are just building up documentation against Watts.


The cabal (B.O.T.) needs to come to the faculty senate members ready to compromise, but knowing how they operate they will come ready to threaten and intimidate. Hopefully they won't listen to the Cabal's threats and will have the courage to press on.

This week is shaping to be one of the most important weeks in our fight.

The petty Vendetta over football is going to make the whole cabal go under and still has a chance to change the State Constitution.

Mark my words: Before this is all over Tide fans are going to curse the name of Paul Bryant, Jr. and his vendetta against UAB.
