I don't know the second letter indicates SACS had some concerns regarding third party complaints. I can't help but wonder if Watts doesn't want some of this coming out before the Legislative session in Montgomery is over. They do have to draft a response to these concerns and that should be public knowledge and that is the only way I see a delay working in his favor.

What "should be public knowledge", "openness", and "transparency" have in common is that they are all things we should get from the UAB President and the BoT and never do unless we drag things out of them.
