How is the public(city, county, etc) and private(ticket sales, donations, etc) contribution component being handled? I assume there have been some preliminary discussions. Where will this fit into the report?

Again, according to a reliable source in the industry, absent outside pressure, CSS cannot be trusted to provide anything except what the paying customer wants to hear. The fix is in folks.

Here was Watts' deception with the ATF all along.

Typical PR ploy , deflect the situation while preserving yourself.

Richard Giannini works for CSS. He personally set Southern Miss football back 10 years.

Ray Watts set a UAb football back 25 years, so ten years would be an improvement.

Problem would be those 10yrs tacked onto the 25yrs we're already docked so we'd be back to the very beginnings of athletics at UAB

Maybe the ATF can make themselves out to be the customer instead.

Gotta keep the pressure on. National media exposure outlining the MANY associations with Carr Ass would be the logical place to start. The one thing a pay-for-your-opinion business doesn't like is publicly being identified as such...
