Anyone else remember when greens were saying electric cars could be ubiquitous today if it weren't for the dastardly tricks of mean oil kkkompanies?

And now the same people are telling us that wind and solar energy can make the large-scale emission reductions that are needed to stop climategeddon.

I hope Tesla is able to pull it off. A $35,000 electric car with good range that looks nice will sell. Whether Musk can make money off of that I don't know. But he's still ramping up some of the capabilities so it's too soon to say.
