Statistics do not justify focusing enforcement on blacks at a 4.5:1 ratio. Other than being polite when stopped? I have nothing. It is for sure fcked up and I don't like it. I honestly though have no idea how we can stop it today. I would guess the best way to help would be putting as many people as possible into decent jobs that encourages prosperity. Prosperity decreases the incentive to be involved in criminal activities.

When I drive my dads Lincoln....I never get a cop to even pay attention to me. In fact they wave to me a lot. Evidently they are paying respect to the elderly.

In the mid 90's I drove a dark blue Crown Victoria with dark tinted windows. But I had better wheels and trim than unmarked units. And no computer antennas on the trunk.

The CV and the Merc Grand Marquis were two of Fords best automobiles. My dad had a Merc before his Lincoln. He would have bought another one if they had not quit making them. Land cruisers.
