While you guys have every right to be bitter, you still ought to feel badly for the kid today.

Had not heard anything until you posted. Unlike the common belief, every Drexel fan I have talked with was happy for him to leave and better himself. I dont know a single one that was betrayed/bitter by him leaving. Even with this news, he has done what he wanted, get exposure to have a chance at the NBA. He has clearly gained recognition that he wouldnt have gained at Drexel, even if any chance at the NCAA is gone.

Why should we feel bad for him? He just has a bruised knee per the reports I read. As far as I know, he should be back.
And Dan is right..nobody at Drexel is bitter toward Damion. The NCAA has very strict rules regarding what players can and cannot do..mostly "cannot". He graduated and had the right to transfer, which he did. However, if he does make it to the NBA, he's not going to receive the Drexel love that Malik Rose did. He's not one of us anymore...he moved on and so did Drexel, even if he does have a Drexel degree.

Never mind. I didn't see about the NCAA Ban. Oh, well, sucks to be him.

Not feeling the sorrow for him. He basically left a cushy, steady job to go work for Enron. When you make changes in life you take risks. He didn't have to leave Drexel, but he did and he took a risk. He took a chance and got screwed. But I'm sure he'll get over it after he gets his first NBA paycheck.

Have you watched Drexel at all this year? Even if he was putting up 35 points a game we may only have 8 more wins then we have now. I am glad he got out and I do feel bad for him that he got caught up in this. He deserved to be in the Tourney.

Undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft, Lee signed with the Miami Heat for the 2016 NBA Summer League. They begin play on July 2 in Orlando.

too bad that's about all he's done.
Till yesterdays game:
24 minutes 17 points 3 rebounds +21 for the game and 5/7 from 3 pt and 1 turnover.
couple of players have been eating his minutes but if he can put a few more games like this someone will pick him or atleast bring him into the D league

He's on the same team with David Walker. Walker has been getting good minutes lately.
