I did too! I pretty successfully avoided the carbs on the back to back Italian days. I did have a few beers Saturday, but it didn't affect me too much!

I'm assuming niusfactuary had a busy night and day, hence no standings.

Still within the 24 hour grace period for people to submit their weight.

If I haven't heard from them tonight I'll post tomorrow morning!

Alright everyone has checked in. Unfortunately I'm having some pc problems, so I'll try to post standings tomorrow.

Week 1 Standings! I'll also add this into the first post of the thread so people can check back there.

First of all, I wanted to make sure everyone knows what a great job you all are doing! We have 22 participants (never heard from Humboldt Tiger at the beginning), and everyone has weighed in. A couple people have used their mulligans (chihuskie and MemTigerFan), so you two for sure make sure you keep up with our weigh-in schedule from here on out!

19 of our 22 participants lost weight this week, and our overall group lost a total of 62.1 pounds this week! That's fantastic! The standings are below:

Unfortunately, this means ODUgradstudent is eliminated from the weekly contest. That said, you are still eligible for the overall contest and it's early enough that you can catch up! So don't give up and keep participating!

RE: CSNBBS Biggest Loser - Official Thread!
So how are people doing this week? We're around halfway through the week already. Honestly I thought my body would revolt a bit after losing as much as I did last week, and that I'd get a little back, but I'm down a little bit so far. Still been good with my carbs (double cheeseburger on top of a salad for lunch today). I will say since starting this competition I've found it easier to stay motivated so far.

Anyone doing anything different or extraordinary to lose their weight? Any struggles this week. I know there's been some discussion on wearables in the other thread. I used to have a fitbit, but I lost it (and it was an old one, and not very user friendly).

Sorry gang I was still posting on the other thread I did not realize till just a few minuets ago that the location for the Biggest Loser information had moved.

Congratulations to everyone for their weight loss. It looks like it was a successful week for almost all of us. A few at the top of the leader board had a fantastic week. I hope I see better results this week. I have started a very simplistic exorcize plan. I’m not sure if it will translate to more weight lost this week but I know it has mentally made me feel like I am being more proactive and I think it has energized my motivation.

I’ve got my fingers crossed that this week I will have lost more than a pound.

Good Luck everyone!

Work and commuting got in the way a little bit this week. Worked out 6 times last week, just 4 days this week (hope to get in two more workouts before weighing in). However, I'm still dropping weight. I knew getting to the gym would be tougher this week, so I paid more attention to my caloric intake. I'm happy with the progress and have been using this contest as added motivation. I plan to get more and more aggressive with my diet and workout routine each week.

Probably not going to be a great week weigh-in wise; virtually didn't work out, diet hasn't been great. Getting back on the horse, but weigh-in may not be pretty. :)

I'm not doing so hot. Doing well to break even really. I am done moving heavy things around which bailed out the bad habits (too exhausted to fix anything decent for like a week), but my bad habits persisted afterwards.

I've been really disciplined, but the results have been pretty minimal this week. Not surprising to me as I lost a ton last week. Hopefully I'll be down enough to keep me in the running.

Sorry bud, we're 2 weeks into the competition. Keep an eye out though, there may be another contest at some point.

Which reminds me, for those that are participating, make sure to get your weights in tomorrow!
