Mackin was at the CUSA Tournament... as was Jack Williams. Wonder if Mackin could have been the "3rd party" who provided the documents.

I just wish the articles would point out RAY WATTS and the UATBOT shut the football program down and all without UAB shareholders having any voice in the decision.

Jack says this is/was the only circumstance in the country where major donors from one division 1 school have direct control over the athletics program at another division 1 school. That may not be completely true, but I bet it is the most glaring example of it. And there is probably no where with less oversight of that controlling group (i.e. the BOT) than here.
