I find it hard to believe that Scarbo would write that down unless there was some basis. I'm not saying he thoroughly investigated it (since it was only one sentence), but I would think he had some basis

Don't worry! Black Jesuits do exist...it's the Mormons that magically decided black people were ok in the 70s.

Which would mean that Watts intentionally wants us to move to the MVC thus guaranteeing the non-return of football for the foreseeable future.

I think Coach Haase had knowledge of the MVC talks and wanted it made public - maybe he sees the powers that be just sitting on their collective arse's and wants to gain alumni/public support for the move (before the A-Sun is our only option)

If I were Haase, I'd call a meeting with Watts and bring a list of demands. It's time to play hardball. "If you want my program to be the flagship as you've stated in your inane public statements, here is what I'm going to require going forward."

#1 - A raise
#2 - A good conference to belong to
#3 - Our own peanuts.

Absolutely...because if we don't land in the MVC or A-10 (or say a MUCH improved Colonial) we might be looking for a new coach as we enter the Southern Conference - with Samford...

If we are expelled for violating conference by laws then we are entitled to nothing, including distributions for the year in which we are expelled.

Except we wouldn't be kicked out. We would have voluntarily left the conference because we voluntarily violated the football requirement bylaw - we would have broken the "contract". UAB would be at fault, not CUSA.
