Amazing thing about those images is that those are Birmingham reporters. They are meeting the Blazers at the same time the rest of the world is.

On to Birdsong:

Opening paragraph
"The Blazers arrived at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Ky., the site of its second round matchup in the NCAA tournament against Iowa State, this morning."

would read better as:

"This morning, the Blazers arrived at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Ky., the site of the second round NCAA tournament matchup against Iowa State."

The man does love stringing out a sentence. He must get paid by the preposition.
