Well it appears many (myself included) were wrong about Davidson's move to the A10. I thought for sure they would struggle, but they are ranked #24 and are the #1 seed in the A-10 tournament.

Tomorrow is the rubber match with VCU, they absolutely dismantled VCU last game of the regular season.

Maybe the Southern wasn't that bad after all.

Will Davidson dance? What about Murray State?

Davidson was ranked 24th in the country in both polls this week. Davidson certainly gets in or we just start completely ignoring the polls. Murray State could go either way. My hunch is that they do not get a bid. Has the OVC gotten 2 before?

Edit: Just looked at Joe Lunardi's bracket and he has Davidson as a 9 seed and Murray State in the "Next Four Out."

Davidson only has two quality wins (VCU and Dayton). I still think they get in because they won the A10 regular season but I hope I'm wrong. I'd love to see them sitting at home.

Another ol' SoCon team on ESPN2, GA Southern, playing for Sun Belt title (good for them) before a couple dozen fans in New Orleans. I believe the SoCon title game listed 5,000 plus, and it looked that full on TV -- hope it stays in Asheville.

I realize the prestige of UCLA, but them making it in over Murray State is a joke imo

UCLA SOS 32, Murray St 233 and Murrary St didn't beat anyone good on their schedule and Pac 12 6th ranked conference vs OVC 24th. Sucks but it is the numbers, If Wofford hadn't won they wouldn't have made it in either and ther RPI was higher and the SOS better as well then Murray St and they actually beat a name team, Murray State didn't. Heck Wofford had a higher RPI then UCLA. I think Temple was the team that really got ripped off.

Yeah the numbers dont lie i suppose. I just feel a bid should be given to a mid major team who had a great season verse a power conf team with a mediocre season. But, i did not realize their SOS was that high

Just saw the final score of that game. 38-36. GA Southern shot 22%. Sounded like it was a horrible game to watch.

With the exception of Wofford. Hey, they're in our league and I, for one, want to see the SoCon succeed, first with ETSU leading the way, and if that doesn't work out, with any other member leading the way.
