JC Press seems like they are not willing to let go of the non-buyout idea. They have yet to clarify that point and was stirring up emotions about who funded it last night on Facebook.

Dr. Sanders said there is no buyout, but they do have to pay his contract, so same difference. But he seemed to laugh at the 400k number.

I don't know if anyone watched the other video with Kenny Hawkins. But Sander specifically said the candidates they want to talk to will be coaching in the NCAA tournament.

From the way I heard it, since he wasn't fired for cause they owed him his contract/salary.

Now all we need is the football stadium announcement, new coach announcement, and we should be set for awhile.

Sounds like we owe him 360,000. He made 180k a year. I thought that was including perks, not base and it seems like ETSU would only be responsible for the base but someone said Sander said 180 so I will take that as being correct.
