Mr. President, will your Department of Justice prosecute Clinton for retaining 48 months of classified records on her personal server after she left office, as it did Gen. David Petraeus, who kept 15 months of classified records in a desk drawer in his home after he left office?

Krauthammer made a note today:

Hillary's is either guilty of a felony or perjury... it's now up to figuring out which one she's going to have to fight.

The people who have always been going to vote for Hillary don't care what she has done. They rationalize that all of this is just part of the right-wing conspiracy that is trying to bring down the anointed one.

Get it? They don't care. And they won't care no matter what malfeasance she is ever been involved with. It is her turn.

They don't care that she has never accomplished anything. They just don't care.

They are content to coronate Hillary because, well, that's all they really want. They got the black guy, now they want the woman. Next up, a gay.

I think we have reached the point where there is no good will on either side. It's just a continuous game of gotcha. No sensible person really wants to go through what American politics requires of those who would lead it. And I fear that has been reflected in the quality of recent aspirants. Does anybody seriously think that George W Bush, Al Gore, John Kerry, Barack Obama, John McCain, and Mitt Romney are the six most capable Americans? But the last four times we have interviewed for the position of leader of the free world (and arguably most powerful person in the world), that's what it's come down to. Would anybody put more than two off that list in their top ten?

I think Romney was the most qualified person EVER to run for the Presidency.

He might have been. He's the only one on that list with any shot at making my top ten.

If Obama didn't go after Bush, then he won't go after Clinton

Hard to fathom that Killary is the most capable woman in the Democratic party. First obama then her. Ohwow. Even the liberal media is hounding her and that's bad because the media has no scruples. Who will run if not Killary? If Romney proves to keep his word and not run I think the Reps have this in the bag. There's three that I'm looking at: Rubio, Walker and Paul, I'm not sure yet.

If not Hillary then it would have to be either Elizabeth Warren or Nancy Pelosi. And she is miles ahead of either one of them.

You think either of the two you mention could actually win a presidential, election? I mean, I know that 40% of the population will vote for whomever has a "D" next to their name (see Marion Barry), I wonder - can those two garner another 11%?

Pelosi, probably not, because I think people understand what clueless, hateful *itch she is.

Warren might be able to sneak in under the radar. Warren is the one that really scares me. She would drive every America business offshore as fast as they could get there. We would become Zimbabwe.

Warren is about one step from being a card carrying communist. I'm not sure her railings about big business could carry her to a presidential win.
