TiAnna Porter. She has been here for two years (is a Jr transferred from Pitt) and this was the first game where she really dominated (prior career high in pts was 7). I have been a huge fan since day one and boy does it feel phenomenal to see her have an explosive game like this.

yeah - MT didn't have any inside present until TiAnna came into the game. She changed the dynamic of the game. Very well done by your coaching staffs.
Two big wins today for MT.
I stayed until the last media break. That was not the same la tech squad that came to hattiesburg last week. Last sat the rim was the size of a swimming pool for tech.

WKU holds on for the 70-67 win over Charlotte.

So the only chance for a "miracle" champion will be the winner of the ODU-UTSA matchup.

ODU is a scary matchup for WKU today, almost beat them at home just a few days ago...WKU's defense is going to have to step up to win this tournament, gave up way too many rebounds yesterday...

Tough loss for Charlotte yesterday. They fought back from down 16, but just did not have enough at the end.

Took the Lady Eagles almost 9 minutes before they made a basket.
21-11 at the 8:00 minute mark.

I can't count how many times our players have been pushed and shoved to the ground with not a single whistle blown.

bull****. If we were hitting a decent percentage this game would be over. I see a lot of non-calls going your way.

Our beat writer is one of the most cynical viewers of MT athletics and even he is saying these officials are calling it very poorly. That's when you know it's bad.

Y'all know I don't rail on officials very often. But ... worst officials of the year. Not even close. On both ends. #CUSAChamp

I can agree with the both ends part. Not one-sided though.

They just called four fouls on MT in one USM possession. If they called it like that all game, both teams would have 2 players fouled out. But they haven't, and MT is getting every single foul called.

Your girls are shoving all over the place. No call. If we could make one layup out of 10...

You are literally ridiculous.

Did you not see:

1. The elbow to the face
2. The rebounder getting shoved to the ground

RE: CUSA Women's Tournament
Congrats USM. You all certainly had our number this year. I like a good foil and hope you can keep your program elevated going forward. It will only help the conference to have another top program.

If we can keep MT, WKU, USM and La Tech in the top-100 RPI and add ODU, C_USA could quickly become the top ###-major conference. FIU, North Texas and Rice raising their programs would ensure it.
