I don't care what level you are playing at or against.

In a 94-72 win over Southern Wesleyan

29 assists (13 by Calvin Walker who didn't score)

0 Turnovers

They also managed to score all of 37 points in a victory over Limestone on Saturday.

Yeah. and that has to do with having 29 assists and 0 turnovers how?

Like I said the level doesn't matter that is impressive.

They are 24-5 and even with that low scoring game they are averaging 83.8 points a game. I think they are doing okay.

Interesting article about Coach Pitts from King. ETSU is mentioned in context of them not taking him as coach back in the 90's

and they shouldn't have. Good high school coach or not you don't move to a Div I job. Assistant coach, yeah, Div II or NAIA head coach job like he did, sure, not Div I. Now he is to old to really make another move up the coaching ranks, if he had done something way back when who knows.

Nice article. But wow, I didn't realize he was 68. He looks younger. Not too many college basketball coaches still going at that age. And he's really done a nice job at King, but completely agree with "you don't jump from HS to D1." Or more, if you are an D1 AD, and you want to keep your job, you probably shouldn't hire a HS basketball coach.

To use King and impressive in the same sentence is quite the oxymoron. 03-zzz

Is he too old? ETSU is getting beat right now by a team who has a coach only 2 years younger that Pitts
