RE: Hillary broke laws regarding e-mails as Secretary of State.
Benghazi Committee Says Hillary Used Multiple Personal Email Accounts, Same As Her Personalities…

Hillary may end up running…from the law that is.

Quote: The House committee investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi will issue new requests to Hillary Clinton for emails from multiple personal accounts she used during her tenure as secretary of state.

Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) told reporters on Tuesday that lawyers for the Benghazi Committee would be issuing the new requests – which he didn’t rule out could come in the form of subpoenas – to Clinton and her email providers in the coming weeks.

“It was not as if she had both an official and a private email account. She did not use personal email in addition to government email. She used personal email in lieu of government email,” Gowdy said. “And she had more than one private email account.”

“The State Department cannot certify that have produced all of former Secretary Clinton’s emails because they do not have all of former Secretary Clinton’s emails nor do they control access to them,” he said.

Gowdy’s committee in probing what happened on Sept. 11, 2012 at the Benghazi consulate where four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, were killed by Islamic extremists. The panel has long-sought emails from Clinton’s Start Department tenure to understand how the Obama administration reacted to the security concerns before and after the attacks.

The committee, Gowdy said, has known since last summer that Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic Party’s 2016 nomination, used personal email addresses while serving as secretary. He said the committee has worked with Clinton advisers and the department to gain access to documents relating to the Benghazi attacks.[…]

Clinton privately told Rep. Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the panel, she was willing to testify before the Benghazi panel as early as last fall, but Gowdy has said was putting off her appearances until the panel received all of the emails requested.

Cummings called on Gowdy earlier Tuesday to release the emails from Clinton.

“Although Secretary Clinton has produced her emails to the State Department, it is unclear from press reports whether previous Secretaries have done the same. Last month, the Committee received Secretary Clinton’s emails relating to Benghazi, and now that we have them, I believe Chairman Gowdy should join with me to make them available to the American public so they can read their contents for themselves,” the Maryland Democrat said in a statement.

RE: Hillary broke laws regarding e-mails as Secretary of State.
I do believe Pantsuits has really done it this time....

Quote:Hillary Clinton's burgeoning presidential campaign is off to a rocky good start. Just a day after papers reported that the former Secretary of State would make a bid for the nation's highest office in April, The New York Times reports that Hillary Clinton used only her personal email address while serving as Secretary of State.

This is bad for a lot of reasons. For one, it's absolutely insane to imagine that a government official so high up on the totem pole wouldn't even have a government address. Hillary didn't have one. Why would she? She only used her personal email address while she was acting as America's highest ranking diplomat, forging peace deals and fighting wars. We already knew that Clinton was receiving private advice from a banned, Obama-hating former staffer. Now, we're learned that she apparently tried to hide behind a private account completely. This is so bad!

This is also unprecedented. In the words of one Times source, a former National Archives employee, no executive branch employee as high-ranking as Clinton has ever exclusively used a personal email account for all official business. He said that no scenario "short of a nuclear winter" would call for this. The situation does bring to mind a 2013 scandal during which several Obama appointees were accused of having "secret" email addresses—that is, unmonitored accounts where they could conduct official business off the record. The White House denied that anything was kept secret.

This is inevitably just sad, though. Clinton's habit of conducting official business solely through her personal email address came to light during the Benghazi investigation. As part of an inquiry into whether the former First Lady violated federal requirements, Clinton's advisors handed over some 55,000 of her personal emails to State Department officials recently. However, these were cherry-picked by those advisors, so it's unknown exactly how large her personal email archive could be. It's also unknown whether or not she used encryption or any security measures to protect those highly sensitive communications.

If the Times report is true, this reflects poorly on the state of transparency in the Obama administration, where transparency's supposedly been a top priority. What were we expecting, though? The Obama administration also claimed that the NSA spying programs were "transparent". But ultimately, it's really bad for Clinton, too. Especially when her Twitter account looks like this:

I like you think highly of Joe Manchin - he is actually a Democrat I would vote for over a lot of those angling for the Republican nomination.

When the NYTimes, MSNBC, CBS and CNN come after you, believe me it makes a difference. Hillary is as sleazy as it gets.

And the Benghazi investigations provides their first harvest. This is why you go on scavenger hunts.

Whitewater gave them Lewinsky and Benghazi will give them this.

Not Just Hillary: Source Tells Gawker Top Clinton Aides Also Used Private Emails At State Department…

Pantsuits had her whole Possee breaking the law. She would make a good Mob boss.

Quote:Hillary Clinton is defending her use of a private email address, hosted at ClintonEmail.com, to conduct official State Department business by claiming that her emails were captured by official @state.gov accounts that other agency employees were instructed to use to contact her. But according to a knowledgeable source, at least two other top Clinton aides also used private email accounts to conduct government business—placing their official communications outside the scope of federal record-keeping regulations.

“Her top staffers used those Clinton email addresses” at the agency, said the source, who has worked with Clinton in the past. The source named two staffers in particular, Philippe Reines and Huma Abedin, who are said to have used private email addresses in the course of their agency duties. Reines served as deputy assistant secretary of state, and Abedin as Clinton’s deputy chief of staff. Both rank among Clinton’s most loyal confidantes, in and out of the State Department.

We were able to independently verify that Abedin used a ClintonEmail.com address at some point in time. There are several email addresses associated with Abedin’s name in records maintained by Lexis-Nexis; one of them is [email protected]. An email sent to that address today went through without bouncing.

Here's the other thing with this. Blackberry has their own very secure internal email. I remember a year ago when Blackberry was getting shellacked analysts raved about their secure online messaging platforms. This can be and will be spun. It's what she's comfortable with. Give her a break. Why are you guys so misogynistic? See how easy it will be.

Oh and btw. I find the pant suit slur offensive. Can you please stop referring to Mrs. Clinton in such a derogatory way please. Thank You in advance ERC.

Obviously, you've not spent any time around the crypto community. "Blackberry has their own very secure internal e-mail," scores absolutely zero points with those folks. You do it on the government system or you don't do it.

Irrelevant. You go on the government system or you don't go. Otherwise you are breaking the law.
