The Carolina pitcher seemed strong. Watched the last 5 innings. 9th inning come back came up just short for Flames.

Tough loss to a strong program.

Loved being out there last night, freezing or not. Just couldn't get the bats going.

Flames just ahead 2-1 over Duke in top of 4th on triple by Britt with 2 outs.

3-2 loss. Had a man on third in the 9th but couldn't push him home.

I was hoping we would take one of the ACC games this week. Need better hitting.

It'd be nice to win some of these early high profile games, but I think this team will be fine as the season goes on and the weather warms.

Could have tied it or gone ahead in 9th with a timely hit. Over the course of a season those opportunities tend to equal out. It's these games that help escalate the ratings.

This pretty much sums up Liberty athletics. Close but no cigar. They had a shot to be nationally recognized but dropped the ball. There is still time in the season to make some noise so let's go team!
