Could you imagine going into the OM game at 5-0 and then beating the Black Bears in front of a packed LBMS?
I might lose my ever-lovin' mind!
that would be good, but would be better in oxford.....hard to beat an afternoon in the grove
Eh, you can play coy "b", but we all know you are really close to jumping on the Tiger football bandwagon and having a yard sale, to get rid of all your SEC gear.
He didn't seem too down last year at Tiger Lane.

That Cincy game is huge.
I like our schedule this year and I'm super excited for football. GTG!

In other scheduling news, Ole Miss @ Memphis in 2017 has been pushed out to 2019. Rebels needed a P5 opponent on the schedule and Tom Bowen was gracious to permit the move. Rebs will play @Cal that season instead.

One game at a time. Bowling Green can be dangerous and I don't know what's going on in Kansas.
If we make it to the Ole Miss game without a loss, that will be a wild place.

Going undefeated up to the Black Bear game will be predicated on how the new incoming kids play on the defense side of the ball. Our Offense will not be an issue.

RE: Apparently our conference FB dates will be announced today
The toughest non-conference schedule looks to be SMU's. They play both Baylor & TCU, both top 10 teams last year. They also play the feared "TBA state". No honeymoon for the new SMU coach...
Ordinarily, I'd say that ECU's & UCF's non-conference schedules were tough, but who knows how good Stanford, South Carolina, Florida & Va Tech are going to be this year. Everyone got so excited about ECU last year after they beat Va Tech, and played So Carolina close. By the end of the year, those games didn't look so good anymore.
Our Non-conference schedule is pretty easy compared to everyone else's. Our toughest NC game is Ole Miss, and its in the LB. Ole Miss should be good, but they could have 2 losses by the time they come to the LB (@ Fla, @ Bama). They run the guantlet after they play us, so by the end of the year, they could be sitting with 6 losses.
BYU plays 3 AAC teams - ECU, Cincinnati & UConn

DeAngelo's JR year was close, but I'm not sure if the team was as good overall as it is now.
Conversely, this team lacks a DeAngelo Williams, but it has the potential to win 10 games or possibly more with a little bit of magic.
See you on opening day against Mizzou St.

So does that mean that Bowen knows we will not be in the Big XII very soon? If he knew we would be in by then he would have told Ole Miss that theywould have a P5 game by playing us.
