I imagine they got a commitment from somebody. That's what these tweets have meant in the past. No word on who it is yet.

My guess is it's not a recruit. I think it's Okauru will play THIS year.

Not sure if adding another guard looking for PT is great for this team. It means somebody is going to sit. The only way this is a plus is if Gadsden sits because of inury(a minus).

We will apparently be playing a four guard lineup. If so, that's not too many guards if we are going to play a faster pace. Plus, it's my understanding that Okauru is by far the quickest player on the team. If it's true that he is going to play, that should mean Bowen is in also. Bowen had a much better case to play than Okauru.

If Bowen can as well, our depth issues may have been fixed, or at least minimized.

Bowen had a stronger case for a waiver. Let's hope it happens. Never know with the NCAA.

We'll see. I could see McGrath starting Boggs at the four along with Linssen so he has some size to defend and rebound. Plus, Boggs is a prototype four for McGrath.

Toews, Gadsden, Sims, Boggs, Linnssen. If Bowen can play as well, it creates even more problems.

RE: Recruit Updates
Boggs is good but Sims is too and can shoot the 3. Sims has experience too. Good problems to have.

I like Boggs, but there's no way Estime is coming off the bench next season. Estime at the 3, Sims at 4 in the starting lineup. Boggs will be good for depth, but no need to throw a freshman into the fire when you have an experienced player like Estime. All signs indicate that Jay will probably be our leading scorer this season.

RE: Recruit Updates
I believe it would come down more to Boggs and Sims wouldn't it since they will be playing the same position? Estime to me is really a SG with wing size unless he can drive it better now. You could play Boggs at the 3 as well so I see you working. Boggs looked to me like he could really run and jump but I didn't see a ton of his action. That alley dunk was nice!

You better not sleep on Tolafree because he looks good to me and may just be starting as well. He has athleticism, looks like he can get his and can finish. Nice attributes! And, you know that Okauru is going to play. He has that cat quickness that we haven't had since CJ Bryce and has off the dribble game and transition written all over him plus a guy that can freaking guard somebody!
