The tone was set with treatment of JoNiquia Guilford,

The foreshadowing of what was to come was the transfer of Shae Kelley

RE: Lady Monarch Basketball
I used to love the Lady Monarchs and went to many games and almost always listened on the radio when I wasn't there. I stopped caring a few years ago. I used to be able to list every player on the roster, now I can't name one. Its a shame how a once proud, nationally relevant program has fallen so far. I know times have changed, and we likely won't be a top 10 team any more, but for a program like the lady monarchs to not be in the top 25 or even 50 every year, is like Duke not making the mens tournament. And yes, the Lady Monarchs were as good in womens ball, as Duke is in mens just 15-20 years ago. Something has to change.

RE: Lady Monarch Basketball
Kelly transfer was the beginning of the end. That was a NCAA team, maybe Top-25.
