That's the very best kind of billboard. Simple and to the point. You can read it from a mile away, doing 80 with your glasses off.

I drove by twice this evening, and never saw Free UAB! It's an electronic billboard that continuously changes messages. I know it cycled through and started repeating advertisements. Perhaps it's only at certain times. I'll check again tomorrow.
