Did it cost us points? NOPE

Should it have cost VCU points? YEP

When you look at what transpired through that lens, Coach Brownell should owe me a beer.
Oh Boy, i want to hear this story

I believe it was the 2006 vcu game. Big crowd and great atmosphere as the as two quality legacy teams in the caa went head to head.

Brownells hawks led by JG played a tremendous 1st half stifiling and frustrating vcu at every turn. A packed student section and a raucous crowd were clearly getting into the heads of vcu and the entire ram squad led by uncws #1 alumnus amber bryant.

As the half ended, a frustrated vcu team led by coach Capel made thier way into the locker rooms. As they were walking through through the roped off area they were greeted by some of uncws finest underclassmen who were giving them hearty words of encouragement like any good southern gentleman would. As you are probably aware the path to the visitors locker room is right beside the student section and these young gentleman made an effort to get as close as possible to our visitors so they could brighten the days of the struggling rams in their loudest voices and most creative words of encouragement. Coach capel did not take to kindly to the extra hospitality and went into an uproar with the uncw staff and security. Unfortunatley unkind words were overhead from the coach. In an effort to try and show the coach his objections were taken seriously students were not allowed to go out the far door in the student section so they could not pasd the visitors walkway amd locker room to bid farewell to the defeated vcu rams. That lasted for the rest of the season and into next season until attendance tanked. So if they ever reinstitute that policy please come and drop a thank you to coast guard

That game was the pinnacle, signature moment for Amber Bryant's hearty crew.

Ah yes - Amber Bryant. The crowd used to wait in great anticipation in order to find out which opposing player had been the object of her online affection. Great stuff!
What was her major? Did she ever graduate? 03-wink

From here on.....
He completely left out the part where Trask Security had to restrain Capel after he took a swing and missed two of us. All air, much like his perverted nephew's shooting that night.

His nephew was quite fond of Amber.

It came right after the nephew gave us the finger and Capel was right behind him. So I yelled, "You're nephew is one perverted piece of sh-t Jeff!"

Then the swing. Then a swarm of security.

If Amber didn't graduate I think she should be in line for an honorary degree. :)

Beautiful. Capel is a d*ck. How could a guy who came from Duke not understand "hostile environments" and how to handle them?
