It's an NCAA violation for a Troy supporter to speak to any recruit or his family, even if an offer has not been formally extended. I'm assuming that's what we're talking about here.

RE: Die hard Troy alums
Guys I'm sorry if i caused confusion. My kid has nothing to do with athletics. She has just been recruited and visited auburn, bama and troy. I dont know any other place to really talk to Troy folks so I posted it here. You read so much negative crap on message boards lately that I wanted give the Troy folks something to smile about.

Troy has done a better job than auburn or bama in every aspect of recruiting my kid to college. From correspondence, the recruiter, the advisor, the school tour. Every aspect has been better than the other schools in alabama. She really likes Troy above auburn and alabama.

I just thought you Troy people would like to hear that. I have tried to back off and let here make here own mind up. She just likes Troy the best.

Whoever is in charge of admissions/recruitment at Troy deserves a raise. They are doing an outstanding job.

I am looking forward to the fall and catching some games down there.

Good deal! You will enjoy Troy on game day. It's a lot of fun. And new and positive things are happening. It's a great time to become a trojan!

My step daughter works in the areas that you mention......she was originally headed( or so we thought to UWF but the recruiting folks or the experience really turned her off).....went to Troy and found the same thing as you did.

Glad to know that her efforts and the others involved are having the impact that you expressed....

Welcome to Troy

And all this time I thought you hung out at Troy just to hear people call me names.

I'm not a Troy fan because of wins and losses.
