We need to copy the experience
I am telling you that my crew had a HUGE good time at the ballgame Saturday afternoon. The crowd was really into the game, which made it enjoyable, and of course it was a great game, and we won. But the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new AD was friendly. All the 1980s stuff was fun. It was just a great day at the arena, even if this team is going nowhere. We need to keep those types of experiences going. 80% of the people who come to Trojan games are not going to live and die over who wins the game. The "product" is exactly what minor league baseball teams are selling - fun at the ballpark. They come for the entertainment experience, and we got exactly that Saturday. Good job, UALR!
