We need to have an identity, a brand that is separate and distinctive from FlamesNation. In checking other boards, does not look like we will be able to use the official logo without permission. I've found some pretty neat graphics of "flames" and "furnace". Let's get a really strong slogan too.

Can you post the pics on this thread? I really dont think it should look like clip art or pics of a real fire or furnace. Stuff that looks drawn would be best. I really like JMU's pic on their page.

Let's do this via email or PM rather than post here. It just seem wise for us, who have been active here on this board, to make our choice among ourselves of ow we want the board to appear versus in the open for all to see as we decide. Let's let them see it when we've tweaked it and have a nice, finished board.

If anyone has any graphics or slogans please email to me. I can easily email to all so we all have the same info in front of us to comment on and decide. This is one of the reasons it seemed best to do this in PM and email rather than here, open on the board. When this post came, and others were responding, it seem wise to participate in the discussion.
