The Stirps is coming
If everyone makes it, the Army will number 21 this year. And it looks like the Head of the Clan is planning to come. (Stirps: "A progenitor of a branch of a family.") So, Doc, you will not be the oldest one there tomorrow. (Daddy is 90.)

And, my youngest grandson (1 year old) will be there. One to ninety: not a bad span.

I hope so. Coordinating a car-pooling crowd can be a little cumbersome, but I hope we make it.

RBL and MJS: someone needs to get that word to Chasse and let him make sure the PA announcer lets everyone know.

Daddy made it fine. We just have to keep an eye on him while he is negotiating the stairs. He was pretty well worn out when we got home, but he really enjoyed it.

That's great to hear. Pretty impressive that he can still do this at his age. I would bet plenty of others in the "army", who are much younger than him, were worn out from the trip as well.

Well, I woke up this morning by myself in the bed, which usually means I snored badly, which I generally do when I am very tired.
