I expect a good crowd for this game. With that being said, we need to keep delivering at home. If we can TCB at all of our home games, we could really boost up the tournament ticket sales. The iron is hot and I hope we strike with fury tonight.

The game is on CBS Sports again, correct?

I'm very excited about this game. This is a huge one.

Yes. They do a nice job with their telecast. I really enjoyed the UTEP game. This is our last CBS game I believe. Let's make it count!

I like the CBS Sports broadcast. I enjoyed being able to see the UTEP game. Very professional with real commentators/analysis.

Does anyone know why we've had so many games on TV this year (outside of the major networks like ESPN)? Seems like we've had a lot of games on CBS Sports and ASN this year.

I think we get some of the calls we didn't get in Ruston and it turns into a war of attrition and a free throw shooting contest.

Will the BOT show up since they are in town? We'll see how much they support UAB tonight.

To me the key is taking care of the basketball. With La Tech's style, we can defend them well in the halfcourt. But turnovers (especially from Norton last time) led to multiple quick baskets. I would like to see Watts get the most minutes over Norton in this matchup. The transition threes were also a killer last time out.

I agree. We turned the ball over a ton in that game. Norton may learn quickly though. He should be on a short leash tonight though.

If we get into any sort of foul fest, I like our odds because I'll take our bench over any in the conference.

We spotted them 6 points off those TO's right off. One of the biggest things we've improved on is closing out on 3 point shooters in our zone. We are extremely tough to beat when we do this. Appleby seems to not match up well against our guys. Speedy isn't too much of an offensive threat. Hamilton is the killer. When he is on beyond the arc things get tough. I'd love to see us bully them in the paint again this game. Our paint play in that game has been the highlight of this team this year.

I would start Denzell tonight. He's been playing well and is better equipped to play against the la tech guards. Bring Norton off the bench and start him again the next game,

I agree, but, no chance Haase changes line up. Haase is a points guy first.

I have this strange feeling that they will show up to show "token" support.

Okay I'll say it. Dreds aside, who else sees Squeaky in Speedy? Makes me have home sickness.
