Women 2006-7 19-12
Men 2006-7 15-15

That is as close as I see

Boy, you do NOT want to go too deep into the Women's Basketball record book. There were a LOT of very bad teams, but, to answer today's Hot Topic, the last time both teams had winning records in the same year was 1977-78. The Men's team finished at 16-10, while the Women's team ended up at 15-7.

That men's team included Skip Parnell, Jimmy McDonough, Mike Enoch and Jack Arbogast, among others (including The Kraze). That was the team that defeated #2 ranked UNC in Bruce Parkhill's first year as Coach.

It was also Lynn Norenberg's freshman year. She averaged 19.8 ppg.

This is why he is the best in the business!

Thanks Billymac!

So 6th seed means they don't play the first day, correct?

Womens team has really played well the last 2 wks, peaking at the right time.

Plus no JMU on our side of the bracket!

First (well, second) round opponent will be #3 seed Hofstra, who they split with in the regular season. (Lost by 6 in Hempstead, won by 1 in Williamsburg). Should be winnable the way they've been playing of late.
