Mike O'Brien was quoted in an article a while back that was written about the MAC on this topic and said UT was ready to implement it when allowed. That is why every dollar counts including the $8 dollar ticket price for the signing day ceremony and basketball game tonight. Beer and wine sales help so buy some extra beers at games Rocket fans!
