I've been saying that for a year. Put up one team in San Antonio. House the other in Austin. Have the teams do most of the bowl events seperately in their respctive hosting cities with a couple of joint team appearances in San Marcos. That would stimulate interest and publicity in the two nearby major cities. It also would allow teams who visit the bowl twice to have a completely different experience by simply staying in the alternate host city on their subsequent visit to the bowl. Shouldnt be that hard to sell out Bobcat Stadium with just a little help from Austin and San Antonio.
