Ken, Ken, Ken. Did Western fans lay claim to another MAC West title when we beat UT on the road this year? No. Why? Because it's a 16 game season with lots of ups and downs, lots of road games, injuries, etc. WMUs starting PG was out. It didn't help. But like every season, those who think the season is in hand on Feb 1st are often left holding their d!ck come March 1st. This happens every year to you guys and every year you get sucked in and disappointed.

Western are the defending champs Ken. They win MAC Wests like you draw 3 digit crowds..........often.

Now take a Bob Wickersham reality pill, and see how it plays out. If those mutts and strays that Murph puts on the floor can play three cohesive games you might be in the hunt, but history has shown that you'll lay 2 rotten eggs for every golden one.

Actually Murphy's first year we won the MAC West not WMU, in fact Murphy since he became coach is about .500 against WMU in regular season play, yes as Dip calls us EMU's academic transfer malcontents continue to baffle WMU.

Nobody really thinks that. We (well, some of us not named Wickersham) are just happy with a win considering how awful we were playing a week ago. This thread was dead until you came trolling...sadly, we get more responses after losses than we do after wins.

It's just funny reading how frustrated you get every year when you guys lose in Ypsi. That's all. We know how good your school has been and what they've accomplished. No need to regurgitate that as your only defense for a loss. Just move on. You'll probably beat us in KZoo anyway.

My two cents. No one should troll anyone after a win or loss against our instate rivals. I know Ken goes over there immediately after a win, some others too. In my opinion, the scoreboard and the record should do ALL the talking for your team/school. Nothing more needs to be said except, good game!

Dang, I knew that at age three. Talk is cheap, especially trash talk. We have 3 great schools in the MAC here in Michigan. Let's all respect one another. That goes for Chip too. Although I can see his side when people talk crap after one regular season home win. I personally thought that WMU was
going to struggle without their best player/leader so they acquitted themselves well on the road. Stay classy, Ypsilanti, Kalamazoo.

I also take exception to Sam saying, "You'll probably beat us in K-zoo anyway." I'm not conceding anything ib Kalamazoo. If EMU is playing well, we can win anywhere in the MAC. Shayne Whittington isn't walking thru that door, it's gonna be another close game.

Without their best player? No way in hell Richie is better than Brown or Tava. They clearly miss him, but losing Brown would be way worse.

Plus, our best player is hobbling around on one leg and struggling mightily. It's not like we are fully healthy.
