Whats this? Cali Teachers suing over union dues
With union membership already in the tank this will all but end unions in America.

OK, you all know I hate unions and think they blow dead donkey balls, but this woman took a job knowing the rules of engagement and since she doesn't agree with those rules she now wants out. Now unless those rules weren't in place when she took her job, then I'd say she made an adult decision and now she has to live it and work to get the rules changed from within.

Anyway, I hope she wins.

California doesn't have a right to work law. So as a teacher she had no choice but to be part of the Union. Of course you could argue why not move to a state that has a right to work law
