BE.org BE teams are peaking
As crunch time approaches, several BIG EAST teams are making late charges. For the first time this season, the BIG EAST has six teams ranked in the two national polls -- Pittsburgh, Georgetown, Marquette, West Virginia, Louisville and Notre Dame - more than any other Division I conference. Not only are these teams playing their best basketball of the season, but their futures are bright. Of the 30 starters on the six teams, only eight are seniors.

Then let's do some very simple Arithmatic shall we. 6 is 38.8% of 16. By comparison the SEC had 3 ranked teams which is 25% of 12 and most of the other conferences didn't have any more than 4 which is 33% of 12. Aaaand C-USA had 1 which is 8.3% of your conference.
