I think we can move in either direction.

There is a lot more room to move up (22 tiers) than there is down (1 tier), but the likelihood of moving down, unfortunately, is probably greater than moving up.

It looks like maybe we moved up a Tier? Only 21 more Tiers to go! Are y'all excited for that contract extension coming up? 5 more years! Woo-Hoo?!?

The guy who ranks all 131 college football teams every week for the Athletic moved Rice up to 75, with a nice mention. We are only 10 spots away from being in the upper half of the list.
