RE: Scope of Review Committee Work
Andy Schwarz (@andyhre ) would be a valueable assett as he specializes in Sports Economics & is a West Coast/Unbiased Entity. Someone needs to send him an RFP or contact him to help.

He said he would pitch a project if needed under "SportsEconomics LLC" as opposed to OSKR ( http://www.oskr.com/who-we-are/andy-schwarz-partner/ )

Maybe Don Hire / Frank Messina would be interested in his information.

Someone needs to reach out to Don Hire and Frank Messina and make sure they've seen Andy Schwarz's reports and maybe take time to talk to them. There are a lot of indirect revenue AND expenses that Andy is aware of that the committee needs to make sure is included. I believe the revenue numbers will far offset any new expense numbers found. We just need a fair analysis that includes all the data.

I don't think that there is a chance in hell that Messina has not seen those. You could put the three links in an e-mail to him if you're worried, but the last thing I'm worried about is Messina being unaware.

If they come out with a report that the tar and pitchforks people don't like, they are going to start attacking committee members on this board. When they get to Mitchell, it's could get ugly. Mitchell is too much of a Blazer hero to get dragged into this mess.

Then you'll be happy to hear that he has removed himself from the committee.

Thank goodness. Steve, in his position as Director of Operations at Bartow Arena for so long, is right there in the building at the center of UAB Athletics every day and I don't think he should be subjected to being on the committee. I find it hard to believe that he volunteered for it.

So when are we going to get this letter from the Committee? It was supposed to be today.

I think I saw Wes at the Clay Council meeting tonight.

Looked like him even though I have never met him previously.
