Good job by the VP's sports editor. I heard about it on Rich Eisen's show. He read the NSU and Monarchs headlines also. I went and picked one up.

I am a Pilot subscriber, however I don't generally regard that newspaper as being pro "home town teams". Yes there are favorable articles from time to time but they are generally "balanced" by some real stinkers.

In this case, the Pilot was both original and classy with the Stuart Scott quotes to headline the sports articles in today's paper. Well done!

Ditto! I wonder how many other papers had the ingenuity to conceive that classy and original approach. Well done!
