The religious conservatives of course. Not just Christian, but the Islamic ones as well.

So it's maniacal to live a large part of your life according to the Bible?

GEE HEE HEE HEE HEEEZ!

I originally thought mlb was referring to the constitution that was written hundreds of years ago. But in this context, I guess it was about the old and new testaments after all.

The bible IS a dangerous book. I'm not referring to the matters of faith and morals, but referring to the Ken Ham types amongst others who not only believe a completely literal interpretation of the bible but also try to codify those beliefs that are obviously false into the laws amongst the states and federal gov't is very dangerous. You can set back scientific progress by having a population that wants to throw away scientific principles that run contrary to what is stated in the bible - like politicians in Kansas wanting to have intelligent design taught at schools. Also let's not forget how prohibition originally came about as a religious movement to abolish alcohol because it is "evil".

There are all sorts of things in the bible that either was proven wrong scientifically or historically. You think the Israelites brought down the walls of Jerricho? The city was in ruins for hundreds of years before the alleged 2 million Israeli's left Egypt as slaves to reenter Canaan.

It can definitely be misinterpreted if you take the words at face value. For example, when the Bible was converted over to King James, dragons and unicorns were actually lizards and oxen (I believe it was oxen). Or fire and brimstone from the skies was more like volcanic eruptions or the likes of such. Giants' bones found in the Middle East get covered up by the news because it was in the Bible.

Then you have your crazy ass Westboro fools.

Yes, Rhodes Scholar Rachel Maddow for one. Just because she's a lesbian and a liberal doesn't mean you can impugn her intelligence.

She still lacks common sense.

Please qualify your opinion. I'm dying to hear you explain how you know this by merely watching someone occasionally.

I don't like Maddow, I don't like Olbermann, I don't like Hannity, I don't like O'Reilly. They are all party line shills.

I've never seen him blindly spout off about something. That's one of the reasons I watch him. And O'Reilly as well. I've seen him speak out against Republicans several times if he disagreed, he's as far away from party lines as Megan Kelly.

Major fail dude. Paul's words in no way prove that Rachel Maddow lacks common sense as you insinuated.

And I'm not even addressing the ludicrous belief that every liberal policy doesn't work. I'd love even more for you two to prove that.

You're on an island here buddy. Hannity is extremely talented and good at what he does...but it's all about bluster and less about reason.

I can't say I like Hannity.

His radio show is really bad.

He has people against his view on his show then talks over them, never allowing them to rebut his statements. It happens every time he has on someone who isn't a staunch Republican. That is why I hate him.

The same with it seems most all of the MSNBC evening hosts. You can't watch Ten minutes of the Network without hearing extreme prejudice of White or black Conservatives or Republicans. It's the Network DNA and it will not Change. Even My Liberal leaning Daughter and her Liberal friends think MSNBC is even more Radical than FOX News.

Can't disagree with you there. I honestly dislike all of the national hosts as all of them have huge biases.

I only listen to local political shows anymore because they are much better about being balanced (although most lean right).

I can see that. He always shuts them down anyways, I wouldn't have time for the hardheadedness either. 04-rock

Our locals lean left. I'll just watch local news, turn it off when they go national.
