Two daughters and I are showing the green & gold while cheering on UAH hockey team. We'll have #FreeUAB and #FreeUAH signs to hold up.

I'm confused why wearing green and gold to a UAH hockey game? I understand the signs, and the gesture is nice, but that part just doesn't make sense to me.
